Requirements
- 5+ years in program/delivery management
- Hands-on experience in banking, payments, or card issuing
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of banking governance, risk, and compliance
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Serbian Advanced or higher
