About the job
Deputy CFO will join the Finance team in Paphos to manage daily financial operations, coordinate cash flows, develop financial models, oversee budgets, and provide reporting for decision-making in a growing real estate and construction group
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, financial controlling or a similar senior finance role
- Experience managing or coordinating financial processes across multiple companies or business units
- Strong hands-on experience in cash flow planning, forecasting and liquidity management
- Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
