About the job
Coordinate and support development planning studies, concept selection, and collaboration between subsurface, drilling, economics, operations, and project teams to optimize field performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Subsurface Studies, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering, field development, or development planning activities
- Strong knowledge of field development planning, concept selection, reservoir evaluation, and project maturation processes
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across subsurface, drilling, projects, and operations disciplines
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English
