- 3+ лет опыта в digital/performance-маркетинге
- Опыт в iGaming (Casino и/или Sportsbook)
- Опыт привлечения игроков (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, Telegram)
- Понимание метрик FTD, CPA, NGR, LTV, ROI и ROAS
- Умение управлять бюджетами и масштабировать кампании
- Английский и русский — C1
