Strategic HR leadership role partnering with senior commercial leadership to drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent development across the Middle East, Russia, and Türkiye regions for a leading biopharmaceutical company
Требования
- Significant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a complex international organization
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech is strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
- Experience influencing senior executives and leading organizational transformation
- Proven leadership in talent development, coaching, and succession planning
- Deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and Works Council/Union environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
