Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Rooms Division
- Strong leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations
- Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, H&S and hotel standards
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on profitability
