Cohere is looking for an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to build and scale their global pipeline of early-career AI talent, managing the full lifecycle of internship and graduate programs from university partnerships to performance and retention
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internships or graduate recruitment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles
- Expertise in international university partnerships and STEM campus recruitment
- Experience building inclusive internship programs
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse program metrics and use data to improve programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
