- 3+ years in employer brand, talent marketing, digital, or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn expertise
- Experience in launching successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and analytics
- AI-friendly, hands-on, data-driven approach
- English C1
