JustPlay seeks an Employer Branding Manager to develop and execute employer branding strategy, create compelling content showcasing company culture, manage talent-facing channels (LinkedIn, employer review platforms), and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and convert exceptional talent globally. Role includes campaign management, performance tracking, and trend analysis

Требования

• 3+ years in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills
• Experience running campaigns across social media and careers pages
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management
• Experience in startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment (preferred)
