- Proven experience managing a small engineering team
- Track record of shipping production software
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows
- Professional English for remote collaboration
- Experience with desktop app development (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of Avalonia UI or .NET UI frameworks (nice-to-have)
- Experience with GitLab delivery pipelines (nice-to-have)
