- 2+ года на позиции Engineering Manager или ML Team Lead
- Опыт запуска LLM-продуктов
- Опыт построения и эксплуатации крупных дата/ML пайплайнов
- Уверенные backend-фундаменталы (Go, Python)
- Английский B2+
