Event Specialist to build and lead internal events function for globally distributed fintech team. Full-cycle event management including strategy, budget ownership, vendor coordination, and metrics framework development
Requirements
- 3+ years progressive experience in corporate event planning and management
- Proven track record managing complex large-scale international events (500+ attendees)
- Hands-on experience managing event budgets and financial reporting
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate at strategic and hands-on execution levels
- English Upper-Intermediate+
- Willingness to travel regularly across multiple regions
