Unimatch Lab is seeking an Executive Recruiter to own full-cycle international hiring across various tech and business roles. The role involves working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment, managing up to 5 vacancies, and utilizing AI-driven tools
Requirements
- Full-cycle executive recruiting experience across technical and business roles
- Hands-on international recruiting experience across the USA, MENA, EU and LATAM
- Startup recruiting experience, including building processes from scratch
- Strong sourcing, assessment and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray and Boolean Search
- Proficiency with Notion and Claude
- English B2+
