About the job
Senior finance leader role to build the finance function from scratch for an investment-led holding platform in health, longevity & wellness sector. Responsible for group-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and M&A support across a fast-growing multi-entity structure
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in UAE
- Strong hands-on experience building finance functions in startup, holding, or multi-entity environment
- Strong management accounting, cash flow, reporting, and financial modelling skills
- Experience with treasury, intercompany flows, and decision support for growth/investment
- Commercial mindset with ability to bring structure without bureaucracy
- Fluent English and Russian languages
- Preference: Based in Dubai or strong prior UAE experience
- Advantage: Holding/PE/multi-asset background
- Advantage: Healthcare, wellness, or premium services exposure
