Requirements
- Oversee group finances, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Monitor financial performance across restaurant operations
- Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance and risk management
- Support new restaurant openings and acquisitions
- Lead the finance team
- Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management
