About the job
Lead financial control function for multi-entity industrial petrochemical business in Shanghai. Manage budgeting, consolidation, profitability analysis, cost optimization, and financial compliance across legal entities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in finance
- Proven track record building and running budgeting and management reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver clear financial picture to management
- Experience partnering with commercial function and end-to-end business economics understanding
- Understanding of transfer pricing principles
- Fluent English required, Chinese is a plus
- Fast learner, comfortable operating at high speed under high uncertainty
