Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of ONQ (Hilton Property Management System) is highly preferred
- Experience within Hilton-branded hotels is an advantage
