Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game production
- Hands-on experience with Roblox games or similar titles
- Strong understanding of game economies and live ops
- Technically fluent in Luau, APIs, and Roblox Studio
- Experience with LLMs and automation tools
- Familiarity with fast-cycle Roblox genres (simulators, etc.)
- Experience managing small teams or freelancers
