Requirements
- Experience in prestigious international luxury hotel chains (Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Aman, etc.)
- Expertise in HMA, franchise/brand agreements, and rental pool structures
- Proficiency in corporate finance, P&L management, and owner reporting
- Proven track record in brand positioning and operational scaling
- Fluency in Russian and English
