About the job
We are seeking a data-driven, performance-obsessed Global Head of Marketing to drive ecosystem growth through performance marketing and strong brand execution, overseeing the full user acquisition funnel and managing a distributed team
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing (3+ at Director/Head level)
- Experience managing 8+ distributed team members
- Background in Web3, gaming, or consumer tech
- Proven success driving user acquisition at scale (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Experience with Web3 brands, DeFi, DEXs, and memecoin dynamics
- Strong analytical skills, fluent in marketing attribution and Web3 analytics
