Requirements
- Strong expertise in global mobility policies, compliance, and international assignments
- Experience leading or influencing global teams across multiple regions
- Proven track record improving SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing external vendors and mobility partners
- Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and technology
