- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Higher education in Computer Science
- Experience with AI implementation
- Experience in fintech/banking domains
- Strong proficiency in Concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)
- System design experience
- CI/CD pipeline expertise
- English C1
