About the job
We're seeking an experienced Golang backend engineer to develop high-performance, maintainable microservices and distributed systems for a product-driven fintech company. You'll design scalable solutions, write testable code, conduct code reviews, and influence technical architecture in a trust-based culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Go
- 5+ years of Git proficiency (GitLab is a plus)
- Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on PostgreSQL experience
- Deep familiarity with REST and RPC (gRPC) protocols
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with unit and integration tests
- Strong understanding of concurrency and performance optimization (desirable)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture (desirable)
- Experience with observability tools like logging, metrics, and tracing (desirable)
