About the job
Our client is a rapidly growing digital financial ecosystem in Central Asia, looking for an experienced Group CFO to lead the finance function across a portfolio of fintech businesses. The role involves strategic financial management, reporting, capital management, and investor relations
Requirements
- International professional certification: ACCA, CFA or CIMA
- 7–10+ years of senior-level experience managing large finance teams and overseeing corporate finance
- Experience consolidating financial statements across a group of companies and working with IFRS
- Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (SAP or 1C:ERP) and modern BI tools
- Proven track record of presenting to Management and Supervisory Boards
- Fluency in Russian and English; Uzbek is an advantage
