Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a similar HR Director or VP HR role within hospitality
- Experience in senior or executive recruitment, compensation and benefits design, and organizational development within luxury hospitality
- Ability to build an HR function and work independently
- Ability to shape company culture and implement training programs across hotel teams
