YouGo is hiring a growth marketer to own the full funnel—from SEO and paid acquisition to lifecycle marketing and conversion—for their B2B fintech platform specializing in global contractor payments and payroll
Requirements
- Proven track record as a growth/performance marketer in B2B SaaS/fintech
- Hands-on experience in payroll, EOR, HR-tech, or cross-border payments
- LinkedIn marketing & lead-gen experience
- Strong SEO and paid ads (LinkedIn/Google/Meta) skills
- Funnel building, CRO, analytics and attribution (GA4 or similar)
- Comfortable owning numbers and reporting on CAC, conversion and pipeline contribution
- Fluent English
