opengate is hiring a Head of AI / Lead AI Engineer to own AI architecture, develop RAG systems, agents, and automation, and lead the engineering team in delivering production-level AI solutions for clients
Requirements
- 5+ years in production ML/NLP
- Technical leadership and production-level Python
- End-to-end RAG, vector stores, embeddings, and self-hosted model inference
- Evaluation sets, regression testing, Docker, Linux, and data pipelines
- Enterprise security, project scoping, and architecture presentations
- Fluent Russian and sufficient English
