About the job
Management and scaling of the analytical team, defining core product metrics, building ETL workflows, and providing data-driven insights to leadership
Requirements
- Strong expertise in product and business metrics (user behaviour, LTV, retention, monetization)
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes
- 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics
- Experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and web/product analytics tools
- English (B1)
- Proficiency in Ukrainian is a strong asset
