Building a full-scale Collections department from scratch for a new online lending brand in South Africa. Responsibilities include strategy development, process automation, team management, and delivering key performance indicators
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing a Collections department
- Strong understanding of portfolio segmentation (Pre-Collection, Soft, Hard)
- Solid knowledge of collections KPIs (collection rate, default rate, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialers, and telephony
- Experience managing distributed remote teams
- Proven track record of implementing collection processes and scripts
