Руководитель направления Compliance. Задачи: построение AML/KYC/KYB/CTF-процессов, transaction monitoring, работа с suspicious activity/fraud/chargebacks, взаимодействие с банками/PSP/крипто-партнёрами и регуляторами, sanctions screening, риск-ассессмент, запуск новых рынков и продуктов
Requirements
- 5–8+ лет опыта в Compliance/AML/risk
- Опыт построения или трансформации compliance-системы с нуля
- Опыт проектирования risk logic и transaction monitoring
- Глубокое понимание AML/KYC/KYB/sanctions (WW/EU/UK)
- Понимание payment flows (cards/PSP) и базовое понимание crypto flows
