Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges
- Experience with compliance regulations and risk evaluation
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, or AI is a plus
