Design content moderation policies, lead moderation teams, collaborate with legal/product/engineering, and develop AI-driven moderation tools to ensure a safe user environment
Требования
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance challenges
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficient in English; Russian is a strong advantage
