Design and improve content moderation policies, lead team, collaborate with cross-functional departments (Legal, Product, Engineering), build moderation capabilities and technologies
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety
- Experience with legal and operational risk evaluation
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- English proficiency; Russian is a plus
