Design and manage content moderation policies, lead team, improve moderation technologies, handle escalations and compliance for a B2C tech company
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies
- Understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges
- Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
- English proficiency (Russian is a strong advantage)
