Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in leadership role
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety
- Experience with legal and operational risks
- Advanced knowledge of handling high-risk content
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, or AI
