Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage
