Building and scaling a crypto business unit within an established fintech company, managing P&L, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth
- Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto or financial products
- Strong partnership development and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, and crypto payment regulations
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent English
