Strategic people leader role to shape and execute Culture and People agenda across 12 countries in Eurasia region. Responsibilities include defining culture roadmap, driving engagement initiatives, leading L&D strategy, overseeing talent management, and building data-driven people culture with AI-enabled solutions
Требования
- 15+ years of experience in strategic HR, People & Culture, OD, or L&D
- Experience in regional or multi-country environments
- Proven expertise in culture transformation and engagement
- Leadership development and talent management experience
- Change initiatives and transformation programs experience
- Strong strategic thinking and executive-level influencing skills
- People analytics and digital tools proficiency
- AI-enabled HR solutions experience
- Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian
- Additional regional languages advantageous
