Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of a Family Office, managing global portfolio of assets including real estate, private aircraft, yachts, and vehicles. Design operating models, establish governance frameworks, coordinate internal teams and external service providers
Requirements
- Proven experience in Single/Multi Family Office or UHNWI environment
- Success building operational frameworks and governance systems
- Experience managing international assets and multi-jurisdictional projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Native or fluent Russian language
- Experience with international real estate portfolios
- Knowledge of private aviation and yacht management
- Ability to operate in confidential, high-responsibility environment
