International FinTech company specializing in payment infrastructure seeks Head of Finance / CFO to lead financial function across group of companies. Role includes management of Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation and Analytics teams, financial reporting, audit coordination, and participation in strategic business planning
Требования
- Experience as Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO
- FinTech / Payments / high-volume transactions experience
- IFRS and Cyprus financial regulation knowledge
- Financial team management experience
- Understanding of payment flows
- Fluent Russian and English languages
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence business decisions
- Systematic approach and process improvement orientation
