About the job
Growth operator to own mobile apps marketing across mental health platform ecosystem. Full-funnel mobile performance marketing including paid channels (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads), App Store Optimization, attribution, and lifecycle marketing to drive retention and subscription conversion
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth/performance marketing with deep mobile app focus
- Proven track record scaling subscription or freemium apps through organic and paid channels
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or regulated B2C (strongly preferred)
- Fluency with AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel/Amplitude
- Hands-on ASO and paid UA at scale, ideally across US and/or Western Europe
