Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience
- Strong background in KPO / BPO / GCC / Shared Services
- Experience managing end-to-end HR for 500+ employees
- Expertise in employee engagement, retention, HR operations and strategic HR initiatives
- Exposure to HRMS, people analytics and digital transformation
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive people strategy independently
