Strategic Head of HR role at international fintech bank. Lead global HR function across US, Europe, and LATAM. Develop HR strategy, manage employee lifecycle, build scalable processes, and drive organizational culture for distributed teams
Requirements
- 7+ years HR experience including international leadership
- Experience managing HR across multiple jurisdictions (US, Europe, LATAM)
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and compliance
- Performance management systems and KPI frameworks implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage
- Experience in fintech, technology, or fast-growing international companies preferred
