Seeking a Head of Legal to lead a team of 5, managing corporate law, investment transactions, litigation, and tax/accounting coordination for a Russian client based in Cyprus
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Experience in investment transactions in stock and real estate markets
- Knowledge of corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia)
- Experience in litigation management
- Ability to manage a legal department (5 people)
- Recommendations required
