Head of Legal required for a Family Office based in Cyprus. Responsible for legal support of investment transactions (stock market, real estate), corporate law, litigation, and management of a 5-person legal team
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Experience with investment transactions (stock market: Russia, US, Europe)
- Experience with real estate (private & commercial) transactions and disputes
- Expertise in corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia)
- Experience in legal team management
