SPIRA Club is looking for a Head of Membership Sales to lead the sales department, build a high-performing culture, and drive revenue and corporate sales growth at a premium fitness resort in Abu Dhabi
Requirements
- 5+ years in Membership Sales/Sales Leadership (health & fitness, leisure, hospitality or premium service)
- 2+ years leading/coaching a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Strong grasp of consultative selling, CRM, pipeline management & KPIs
- Excellent leadership, coaching & communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or related field
- Excellent English (Arabic a plus)
