Implement AI-driven process optimization, build operational dashboards, define KPIs, manage incidents, enforce quality control, and develop team members
Requirements
- At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive role with direct team management
- Proven track record of designing and implementing operational processes for improved efficiency, quality, or scalability
- Deep experience with KPI-driven team management
- Good knowledge of English (C-level)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations
