Building scalable operational processes, managing business transparency, operational reporting, and process automation in a fintech/crypto company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, COO Office, Finance Operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI management
- Experience building and improving operational processes and implementing automation
- Experience working with legal, finance, and external corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset
- Fluent English
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate
