International IT group seeks Head of People Management to lead People Partners team and drive HR function evolution across distributed organization with 2,000+ employees. Responsible for scaling HR processes, implementing grading systems, managing HR metrics, and strengthening employer brand
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience
- Managing HR teams with at least 15 direct reports
- Experience in fast-paced environment with 2,000+ employees
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- People analytics capabilities
- IT or technology environment experience (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Russian or Ukrainian at C1 level or above
