Requirements
- 10+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or Operations leadership
- Experience leading distributed international teams across multiple countries
- Background in fast-growing SaaS startups or scale-ups
- Strong expertise in building operational models and scaling HR functions
- Systems-thinking mindset with exceptional stakeholder management
- Experience driving organizational change and process transformation
- Understanding of AI, automation, and HR technology as operational tools
